Design and Build

Known as a "Turn-Key Operation," this is a single-responsibility contracting system, where one organisation performs both the Architectural/Engineering Design and undertakes the completion of the actual construction work.

The Design and Build team, working closely with the Client, accurately conceptualise the completed project at an early stage. Continuous and concurrent estimating during the development of design results in knowledge of firm, overall cost far sooner than was traditionally possible. This process also allows for early decision-making, which has the greatest impact on the cost, in an informed cost-based environment.
